Intentional, personal training for post college individuals wanting to gain ministry skills and training in the context of the church. The training center is a minimum two-year commitment.

Who is the Training Center for?
The training center is designed for people seeking a PATHWAY to vocational ministry or PREPARATION for ministry in vocation. Below are the entry requirements.
- Complete the Application
- Interview with the River Ministry Team
- Letter of Endorsement from current ministry leader
- Obtain minimum 20 hour a week paid job
- Apply to Midwestern Seminary (optional)

How does the Training Center operate?
The training center (RTC) is a ministry of River Community Church. RTC provides personal / ministry assessment, mentoring, and accredited theological training through our affiliation with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Year 1 of RTC

Year 2 of RTC
