Senior Pastor
Dr. Terry Williams
Terry Williams is the Senior Pastor of River Community Church. He has been married to his wife Christy for twenty-seven years. They have three grown daughters, Crystal, Corrie, and Casey. Terry and Christy were a part of the team that began River in 1990.

Associate Pastor
Dr. Jim Presnell
Jim Presnell serves as Associate Pastor of River. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the River Training Center, missions and demonstrating to Senior Pastor Williams the superiority of baseball over football.

Dr. Dave Mitchell
As the leader of River's small groups, Dave's job revolves around recruiting, equipping, empowering, and encouraging leaders. Most of the ministry at River is performed in the small group setting, which means developing leaders who have character, competence and commitment is a top priority. Dave says, "I'm grateful for all who have sacrificed so much for this community of faith, which has been such a great spiritual family for my wife, my children and I."

Worship Pastor
Nate Hart
Nate is the worship pastor at River Community Church. He and his wife Jodi have been married since 1996 and have three daughters, Naomi, Stella, and Ava. Both Nate and Jodi started coming to River in 1995.

Women's Minister, Children's Minister
Felicia Goodwin
Felicia Goodwin helps pastor women and she leads the children's ministry at River Community Church. She is part of the initial team that helped start River in 1990. She volunteered in women's ministry since 1990 and began working on staff in August 2000.

Brenda serves as women's minister and office manager.

Youth Leader
Sherri Brummer
Sherri Brummer leads the youth ministry at River Community Church . She was a part of the initial team that began River in 1990 and began working as a volunteer with the youth in 1998. She has been on staff since 2001.

College Minister
Jamin Still
Jamin heads up Christian Challenge, River’s college ministry. He has been a part of River Community Church since 2003. He married his wife Lisa in the fall of 2010.
