I was born and raised in Scott City, KS and moved to Wichita in the fall of 2008 to attend Wichita State University. I graduated from WSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2012 and a Master’s degree in Sport Management in 2014. I am currently finishing up my Masters of Divinity at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City.
I was introduced to River Community Church through Christian Challenge in the spring of 2012. I became a member at River in February of 2013 and served as an intern with Christian Challenge during the 2013-14 school year. I became the college minister at River in August of 2014.
I am married to my beautiful wife, Lillie (Stephanie). We met at Wichita State and we were married in the summer of 2014. She is a part-time physical therapist and a full-time supporter for me and our three-year-old son, Shepherd (Shep).
Hobbies & Interests:
I enjoy reading, writing, running, coffee, sports, board games, and Raiders football.
