Rodney leads the music ministry at River and has been on staff since 2015. He is married to Tiffany (1996) and they have three children.
Before working at River, Rodney worked at Youth Horizons and was involved in Church Planting in Vancouver, Canada where he served on staff at a small church and worked in the tech industry.
He has a music education degree from Wichita State University and a Masters in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
